Founder product record · Not client work

Blastr AI turns opted-in leads into voice conversations.

Vivek founded and built Blastr as a production voice platform for consent-based lead follow-up. It connects the call experience to qualification, scheduling, and a human handoff instead of treating the voice model as a standalone demo.

Relationship and scope

Founder product experience, labelled precisely.

The founder record covers the product and its core voice workflow. Quantum uses that operating experience when shaping client voice systems; it does not present Blastr as a Quantum customer.

Product workflow

Voice is useful when the rest of the workflow moves with it.

  1. 01Consent and context

An opted-in lead and the approved operating context enter the workflow.

  2. 02Bounded conversation

The call follows the agreed disclosure, qualification goal, rules, and stop behavior.

  3. 03Next step

The result is booked, routed, or handed to a person with the useful conversation context.

  4. 04Review and improve

Call outcomes and failures inform evaluation and controlled product changes.

Metrics

Withheld until the definition is verifiable.

Earlier source copy alternated between calls and minutes without a definition. No production-volume, uplift, latency, or time-to-live number is published until the owner supplies the source, period, baseline, and publication approval.

Audio and transcript

No recording is implied where none is approved.

No approved, redacted production recording is present in this repository. Quantum will publish audio only with participant permission, personal-data redaction, and a reviewed transcript.
